RESIDENTIAL HOME LOANS WITH BANC OF CALIFORNIA SERVICED BY DOVENMUEHLE MORTGAGE, INC. (DMI):
Here’s what to do if you’ve experienced damage to your home. We’ve broken down the recovery process into four main steps so you can get started:
- File a claim with your insurance company. Make sure to report all your losses from the disaster.
- Contact our Loss Draft representatives at 1-877-592-0192. After filing the claim, your insurance company may issue a check – this is the Loss Draft Check. Once you receive this check, we will assist you with the rest.
- Contact our Loss Mitigation specialists at 1-866-397-5370 to discuss your payment assistance options. You may be eligible for a temporary forbearance plan, among other options to suspend or reduce your mortgage payments. We understand that this is a stressful situation and want to bring you peace of mind. We offer one-on-one support to discuss your individual situation and options.
- Please call our Client Service Team at 1-877-770-BANC (2262) if you are having any other issues, concerns or further questions.
