REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE
How do I get access to the remote deposit capture software?
Clients must contact their Relationship Manager, Treasury Relationship Manager or branch personnel to begin the set-up process and access through the Bank’s web portal.
How quickly are my deposits processed?
Deposits processed prior to 5:00 p.m. PT Monday through Friday are posted the same evening. Deposits processed after 5:00 p.m. are processed the next business day. Deposits processed on the weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

Can I cancel or reverse a wire I’ve already sent?
No, wires process in real time and are final.
What information must I have to send a wire?
The originator’s name, originator’s address, beneficiary’s name, beneficiary bank’s name, beneficiary bank’s account number, and beneficiary bank’s routing number.
Does Banc of California process international wires?
Yes, but we process them through a correspondent bank. Using a correspondent bank means the exchange rates and processing fees are not negotiable.
