Arbi John

Arbi John is Senior Vice President, Senior Regional Administrator for Community Banking, where he supports the strategic direction, operational performance and overall execution of the bank’s branch network.

Mr. John previously held several leadership roles at Pacific Western Bank, including Operations Administrator for the Los Angeles region and later co-leader of the bank’s Branch Banking organization. Following the merger with Banc of California, he was appointed Regional Manager for Los Angeles before advancing to his current role as Senior Regional Administrator, where he supports enterprise-wide Branch Banking strategy and execution.

Mr. John is a founding member of the Gay and Lesbian Armenian Society, and served on its board for several years. He also supports Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. In 2021, he received the JVS BankWork$ annual award for his contributions to expanding banking career opportunities in underserved communities.
