Andrew Parker

Andrew Parker is Executive Vice President and Head of Global Treasury Management for Banc of California. He leads a team of bankers who deliver global transaction banking and foreign exchange solutions to clients and prospects in all the geographies the bank serves. He is based in Banc of California’s Chicago office. Mr. Parker has extensive experience advising multinational corporations and financial sponsors on working capital, cash and investment management, domestic and cross-border payments and collections, foreign exchange, trade finance and interest rate risk management.

Prior to joining Banc of California in 2020, Mr. Parker was a Vice President with J.P. Morgan’s Financial Sponsors Group, where he cultivated relationships with private equity sponsors and family offices and delivered global transaction banking and capital markets solutions to their portfolio companies across North America and Europe. His previous experience includes roles in the Corporate Banking Groups of Wells Fargo and Capital One. Mr. Parker earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
