Banc of California Expands Corporate Office in Beverly Hills

BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA — Banc of California, the largest independent bank based in Los Angeles, has expanded its corporate office in Beverly Hills and taken signage atop the landmark Roxbury Plaza building on Wilshire Boulevard.
The building was formerly the headquarters of PacWest Bancorp, which Banc of California acquired in 2023 in a transformational merger. Banc of California has leased more than 16,000 square feet, and now nearly 50 colleagues are located there, including Chris Baron, President of Commercial and Community Banking; Guillaume de Chalendar, Executive Vice President of Media and Entertainment Banking; Aaron Houpis, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Specialty Banking; and Lisa Kaskel, Executive Vice President and Regional Manager for Los Angeles Real Estate and Construction.
