Dawn Beall
SVP, Underwriting and Closing Manager, National Small Business Lending
Dawn Beall is Senior Vice President, Underwriting and Closing Manager, for Banc of California’s National Small Business Lending group. She oversees several areas of operations, including SBA 7(a) and 504 loan closing, underwriting, packaging, construction, post-close audit, and regulatory and legal compliance. Mrs. Beall is an expert in SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and creating process and procedures.
Prior to joining Banc of California in 2014, Mrs. Beall had roles with CapitalSource and CIT Small Business Lending Corporation. She has over 25 years of SBA experience and is active in her community, having served as a Colorado Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders Inc. (CAGGL) board member overseeing education and training, and on various National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) committees, participating in several training events for the America West Conference.
Mrs. Beall graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a Master of Science in organizational management and was named Student of the Year. She is active in her book club and enjoys running with her fur kids.
