Eric Fought is Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager for Banc of California’s National Small Business Lending group. In this role, he leads a team of small business lending officers, focusing on expanding the bank’s Small Business Administration (SBA) lending platform across the country. Mr. Fought leverages his expertise to support business development efforts, identify key verticals and market channels, structure deals that align with clients’ needs, and strengthen Banc of California’s brand in the marketplace.
With over 20 years of experience in SBA lending, including more than a decade in sales leadership, Mr. Fought is a highly accomplished professional in his field. He has a proven track record of driving growth and helping teams deliver tailored financial solutions. Beyond his responsibilities at Banc of California, Mr. Fought is an active member of the large lender committee for the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) and serves on a regional committee for NAGGL, further cementing his commitment to advancing the industry.
Mr. Fought earned his Master of Business Administration from Marquette University.
