Monica Robinson

Monica Robinson is Vice President of Marketing at Banc of California. In this role, she leads marketing strategies that drive business growth by attracting new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones. She also oversees the strategy and execution of thought leadership content that reinforces brand positioning and supports key business objectives.

Ms. Robinson is a seasoned marketing leader with more than two decades of experience bringing brands to life across Fortune 500 and middle market companies. Before joining Banc of California, she held senior marketing roles at Avery Products Corporation, where she led content planning and marketing programs for Avery’s software portfolio. Her work included high-impact partnerships with major brands like Sanrio and The Hershey Company, generating millions of impressions and driving strong product engagement. She began her marketing career in the video game industry, managing global product launches at THQ and Activision.

Ms. Robinson serves on the Board of Directors for Thomas House Shelter and is an active member of the organization’s Development Committee, supporting fundraising and strategic growth initiatives that provide unhoused families with a safe, supportive environment where they are empowered to achieve independence and self-sufficiency.

Ms. Robinson earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
