STEP 1: GO TO THE FORGOT PASSWORD PAGE

Go to Forgot Password page on the Personal Online Banking Page

STEP 2: ENTER ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Use your Pacific Mercantile Bank Personal Online Banking information:

  • User ID / Username (case sensitive)
  • Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
  • Email

STEP 3: RECEIVE TEMPORARY PASSWORD

Find your temporary password in your email

STEP 4: ENTER TEMPORARY PASSWORD

Enter temporary password emailed to you

STEP 5: COMPLETE SET UP

Complete your online banking set up

STEP 6: ACCESS ACCOUNT

Select Personal Online Banking to login going forward
