We actively lend in your communities

In 2023, we provided $330 million in affordable housing lending to benefit low- or moderate-income individuals and communities. These loans supported the creation or preservation of 934 housing units.

PORTFOLIO LENDER

We are a portfolio lender that provides you with tax-exempt and taxable loans up to $100 million to fund projects that utilize 4.00% and 9.00% low-income housing tax credits, LIHTCs.
