Health And Safety Statement

Supporting the health, wellness, and safety of our employees is a top priority for Banc of California. Our employee benefits embrace work-life balance to provide for more than the standard base salary and bonus opportunities. Our work-life balance initiatives include providing a hybrid work environment, flex-time work hours, tuition reimbursement benefits, a mentorship program as well as a 401(k) plan, and Flexible and Dependent care accounts. We encourage a healthy work-life balance and afford employees opportunities to take time off, free from job responsibilities, to rest and recharge. In addition to vacation days or flex-time days off, we provide 11 paid holidays and one paid cultural day every year. We also offer up to eight hours of paid volunteer time annually to all employees. We have an HR system of record that helps us monitor compliance with applicable overtime, meal and rest-break requirements for our full-time, part-time, and temporary employees.

Our health and wellness offerings go beyond traditional health and fitness and include mental and psychological health, nutrition, movement, ergonomics, and financial wellness. We also provide a comprehensive employee assistance program that includes consultative services for personal, family and work issues.
